provide detailed inputs of organizational change activities and plan to the Transition Plan.
This activities and plan should clearly identify:
-
The approach for implementing the change
-
Holistic view of the Organizational Change timeline
-
Key milestones to be completed through the duration of transition
-
Interdependencies required to facilitate change process
-
Actionable plans for leaders to spearhead the change
-
Plan to deal with the identified cultural gaps and resistances
-
Mobilization plan for identified Organizational Change resources
-
Mitigation plan for identified risks
-

-

are integrated into the overall Transition Strategy and Transition Plan. The Organizational Change activities
and milestones(within the transition phase) should be finely interwoven within the transition milestones, for ease of
monitoring and control. The frequency of monitoring the Organizational Change activities and revisiting it if
required , should be decided.
The Organizational Change Lead must communicate the Organizational Change activities to relevant
stakeholders. This will also include Organizational Change Inputs To other Streams.
